In-Person Workshop - October 17 2026 in NYC
PERMISSION TO RESET
Get to know the stranger in the mirror.
Whose story is it?
Somewhere along the way- a mom, an aunt, a magazine cover, a locker room- you picked up a story about your body. You may not remember the moment you took it in, but you absorbed it, consciously and unconsciously, and started living by its terms.
That's what stories do. They get woven into how we see ourselves so seamlessly that we stop noticing they were ever handed to us in the first place. But absorbing a story isn't the same as owning it. Just because you've carried something for thirty or forty years doesn't mean it's yours to keep. This is where you sort it out: what's actually yours, and what was just passed down like a family recipe nobody asked if you wanted. And once you can tell the difference, you get to decide to keep it, rewrite it, or put it down for good.
INTRODUCING
YOUR GUIDES

Dr. Maria Luque
Dr. Maria Luque is an energetic and accomplished fitness expert, menopause coach, Air Force veteran, former health science professor, and founder of Fitness in Menopause. With a PhD & MS in Health Sciences and over two decades of expertise, she's one of the most credentialed and trusted voices in women's midlife fitness.
Her book, New Moves in Menopause – A Fearless Guide to a Stronger, Healthier, & Saner Midlife, offers practical information as well as transformational explorations that help women understand what's happening in their bodies, build mental and physical strength and engage with midlife as a time of freedom, rather than a collection of symptoms.

Monika Pierce
Monika Pierce is a vision-holder, waymaker, and wellness strategist whose work is rooted in honoring and cultivating women’s resilience, joy, and liberation. As the founder of The Homegirl Collective, she creates intentional spaces for healing and teaching- spaces crafted from lived experience, deep reflection, and collective uplift, where women are seen, supported, and strengthened.
With 14 years of wellness coaching rooted in behavioral change strategies and experience as a breathwork facilitator, Monika equips women with practical tools for empowerment and self-resilience they can carry into everyday life, not abstract concepts, but real practices for the moments that matter most. She knows firsthand the transformative power of being held without judgment and the freedom that comes from choosing care over survival.
Through her coaching, breathwork, and soulful leadership, Monika invites women into deeper alignment with their bodies, hearts, and life purpose, not by pushing harder, but by tending to what truly matters.
